Fees and payment

Fees

Every price and payment option is on this page, so you know exactly what your course costs before you apply.

Your options

How paying works

Choose the option that suits you. Every course can be paid in full or spread across monthly payments.

A deposit, then 3 monthly payments on a standard course or 2 on a fast-track course. Instalment plans total 10% more than the list price.

Secure your place

£250 deposit

Reserves your place and starts your enrolment.

We accept bank transfer, debit card and credit card. Refunds and withdrawals are covered by our Fees, Refunds and Withdrawals Policy, which you receive before you enrol.

The fee matrix

The same three figures for every course tier: the price when you pay in full, the list price, and the total when you pay by instalments.

All Ravenscroft College fees, by course tier. Figures in pounds sterling.
TierPay in full (launch offer, −5%)ListInstalment total (+10%)DepositMonthlyPayments
Level 3 Standard£689£725£799£250£183×3
Level 3 Fast-track£758£798£878£250£314×2
Level 4 Standard£808£850£934£250£228×3
Level 4 Fast-track£888£935£1,028£250£389×2

The Level 3 price is the same at 60 and 120 credits. Monthly figures are rounded to the nearest pound; the final instalment absorbs any pence so the total matches. Prices are per diploma level and subject to change. Ravenscroft College is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to these fees.

What the fee includes

Included with every enrolment

Your fee covers your tuition, your registration with the awarding organisation, your learning materials, support throughout your course, and the assessment of your work, including one resubmission if you need it.

Microsoft 365, free for 12 months

Every enrolled student receives a full 12 month Microsoft 365 subscription: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and cloud storage, for your studies and your own development.

All your learning materials

Everything you need to study your course, available online from the day you start.

Support throughout

Support for the whole of your course, by email and WhatsApp: questions about your units and assignments go to our academic team, and everything else goes to our operations team.

Registration handled for you

Your registration with the awarding organisation is arranged by the College.

Certificates are issued by the awarding organisation once its final quality checks are complete. The timing of those checks is set by the awarding organisation, not by the College.

Not included

  • Further assessment attempts after the included resubmission, which attract a resit fee of £75, as set out in our Fees, Refunds and Withdrawals Policy.
  • Fees charged by a university you go on to apply to.
  • The device and internet connection you study on.
  • Bank or currency conversion charges when paying from outside the UK.
