Studying with us

How you learn

How each course is delivered and assessed is set out on its course page. Whatever you study with us, the essentials below stay the same.

The model

Study, submit, progress

  1. Study

Work through the learning materials for each week of your course, at times that suit you.

  2. Submit

Upload a draft at the end of each unit for written feedback from a tutor, then complete your assignments and submit them by the deadlines you are given.

  3. Progress

Use your diploma to progress with us to the next level, or explore your options, including university and employment.

Support

The right help for the right question

Each kind of question goes straight to the people who can answer it.

Your course and assignments

Questions about unit content and how to approach your assignments are answered by our academic team, by email or WhatsApp.

Feedback before you submit

At the end of each unit you can upload a draft and receive written feedback on whether you are meeting the assessment criteria, while there is still time to act on it.

Day-to-day questions

Our operations team handles questions about enrolment, fees, your account and your progress.

Technical help

Help with logging in, reaching your course materials and submitting your work on the learning platform.

Academic questions are answered by a member of the academic team within two working days, and you get written feedback on a draft of your work at the end of every unit.

Your week

Plan your time

Every course page sets out both paces. The standard route spreads the work over a longer period and suits most people studying alongside work or family. The fast-track route packs the same study into far fewer weeks: it is intensive, and it will take up a large part of your week.

Our current courses have no timetabled sessions to attend, so you can fit your study around the rest of your week.

What you need

A laptop or desktop computer is best for writing assignments, with a recent web browser, working audio and a reliable internet connection. You do not need a webcam.

Every enrolled student also receives Microsoft 365 free for 12 months.

Disabilities and additional needs

If you have a disability, a long-term health condition or a specific learning difference, tell us when you apply, or as early as you can. We will agree reasonable adjustments to your learning and assessment with you, under our Reasonable Adjustments, Special Consideration and Extenuating Circumstances Policy.
